Excellent service from Ali at the car plug. I placed a reservation on a car mid week and arranged a viewing Saturday morning. After the test drive I made my mind up to go ahead and buy the car (Mercedes eclass 350) he sent the car off for a fresh mot, service and replaced the brakes on the rear to give me hassle free driving . Absolutely excellent service and made sure the car was tip top before going back couple days later for collection. I would 100% recommend to anyone .

Fantastic, bought a Range Rover evoque from here the staff were amazing, after sales sublime. Arranged to collect car @15:30 was held up in traffic and delayed by 45 min but still welcomed with an handshake and felt very satisfied by the experience. I have to say the other reviews don’t do this place justice and the quality of the valet and the pure work involved to make a car look that dam beautiful. My wife loves the car so much I think I might have to get up early enough just to take it to work and leave her with the beetle. Bought a car from car plug mcr after a couple of months it started having issues starting called car plug he got it in and resolved the issue but noticed a rattle on the car he called me and said his mechanic detects it’s a timing chain fault and if he could keep hold of it a little while longer to replace the chain which involved the whole engine to come out the car which he sent pics and vids of the process and he dropped a courtesy car at my house which is 35 miles from his garage I would highly recommend buying a car from this garage I cannot give enough credit to the man

Went in to view some cars. Business managed buy couple of lads. Very polite and wise, good lads to even just have a convo with about cars. They will go the extra mile for their customers. A busy unit however they’ll take their time to answer any questions and enquiries you have.

So bought a car from car plug just over a week ago from when I paid the deposit the communication was very good went up & had a test drive with no pressure on at all ! Then decided to purchase the vehicle a few days later again communication was great with both of the lads ,I was pretty nervous on buying a pretty expensive car but they made me feel at ease, on buying the car it did develop a little electronic fault which i will add this wasn’t due to the sellers it was just one of them things !I live an hour & half away they came & picked the car up & got it sorted in quick time so would definitely recommend car plug if you are considering buying a car 👍

Car plug has overall been very good , turned up for a test drive no problems at all , as we got there they was still valeting the car to make sure it was clean for us!!
